we wrote this tune in the 1st days of an enforced social isolation (u know what we on about) that found us separated in two different countries, already missing each other deeply and not looking 4ward 2 the prospect of potential months apart.

used 2 collaboratively songwriting and recording at our home we instead had to take to video calls 2 discuss the lyrical dimensions, dynamic movement and general vibe of the piece - sending back and forth keyboard riffs, chopped samples and home-made synth sounds as we built the song up piece by piece.

also keen 2 involve our other homebound musical friends we enlisted the help of acab members and beyond 2 remote record themselves 4 the hook, including the artists toddler, joni île, oyoko, ellie crying eyes and dilruba tayfun.
